Verizon Channel Manager in Temple Terrace, Florida

What you’ll be doing...

The Channel Manager will handle pre/post Sales for the Indirect Channel. As a Channel Manager you will have a thorough understanding of our internal processes and the various order and billings systems. You'll provide consultative support for the Channel and internal groups.

Primary responsibilities associated with this position include:

  • Managing pre and post-sales for the Indirect Channel.

  • Providing consultative support for the Channel and internal groups.

  • Experience with order reconciliation and gap identification.

  • Documenting and communicating processes, improvements, and/or changes.

  • Analyzing data trends and adjusting for improvement.

  • Streamlining functions across all partners to drive consistency.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Two or more years of experience in sales or operations.

  • Experience managing projects.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google’s G Suite.

  • Knowledge of the order-to-revenue path.

  • Experience with order reconciliation and gap identification.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.

  • Knowledge of and experience with sales-related systems (e.g., SFDC, VRD, SPA, GCH).

  • Knowledge of and experience with Contract Viewer, OneView, Optix, and Proquest.

  • Strong critical thinking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organization skills.

  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of compensation and methodology for payment.

  • Strong knowledge of Verizon’s internal processes and ordering and billing systems.

  • The ability to work effectively with significant self-direction in a deadline-driven environment.

This position can be located in any valid Verizon location or allows for remote work, assuming a reasonable commuting distance to a valid Verizon location.
