What’s the role?

As the foundation of our identity and access security, you will be our safeguard on access management and will be in charge of all strategies to make sure that proper handling of data within the Shell organisation is being done with utmost confidentiality and importance.

You will be the voice of clarity for all Shell businesses as you will be partnering with them to identify key areas where they can utilize modern capabilities at acceptable levels of risk, and to make sure that all necessary controls are in place, both for internal and external stakeholders, including applicable government regulations

What we need from you

As an integral part of our IAM Leadership team, we will be expecting you to bring the following talents:

  • Your unparalleled knowledge in Identity and Access Management, Risk Assessments, Security and Legal/Regulatory controls, Cyber Security and Audit evaluations

  • Your natural charm to engage the business as their trusted advisor so they will be able to understand how the IT Team will work with them for a better business strategy

  • Your IT leadership experience; any change will face uncertainties and your ability to provide answers and guide your fellow leaders or your colleagues as they embark the path to a more secure and low risk infrastructure will play a vital role

  • Your curiosity in technology to make sure that Shell is on top of the IAM trends and IRM new technologies across the globe
