Position Title HR Administrator
Netherlands - South Holland
The HR Administrator will be expected to administer all people transactional services according to governance, processes, policies, agreed performance targets and service level agreements.
Delivering a high quality customer services.
Supporting the employee life cycle and administration.
Administration of key employee life cycle processes, such as producing any employee/contract related changes, confirming any changes in writing like promotions, maternity & adoption leave, change of role, change in working hours, transfers of locations/teams, secondments, contract extensions and sabbatical leave and leavers correspondence etc. including inputting all associated systems changes within set Service Level Agreements.
General administration and systems activity; such as administering personal details changes within systems, , archiving, filing etc. Communicate input to pay roll, for Netherlands Belgium and Sweden.
Ensuring a smooth, accurate and timely flow of HR information is received by key stakeholders such Managers, Payroll and Finance teams.
A proven track record of working within a HR Administrative environment with a demonstrable ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
Experience of working to and consistently meeting challenging deadlines
Highly experience of working with computerised information systems Excel,Word
Exceptional customer care and communication skills as you will be communicating with all levels of employees including the leadership team.
International work experience is desired
Bachelor degree and approx. 2 yrs work experience.
Relevant HR admin experience
