This role creates a single point of contact for Onmark Distribution teams and other stakeholders when engaging subject matter experts within the Innovative Practice Services team.
This role safeguards 3 (three) crucial parts of the Provider Services Business.
Creates a single point of contact for stakeholders:
Mitigate losses within needs identification and delivery
Strengthen PSB’s ability to deliver on services
Ultimately requiring less resources to deliver services
Provide Clear Tracking, through dashboards and reports:
Customer Needs: Responsible for tracking customers’ needs through Sales, Reporting and Time Tracking.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and report on customer satisfaction through dashboards and reporting based on customer interviews, survey and other imperial data gathering tools, created and/or maintained by Project Manager.
Utilization: Track resources’ time through Toggl other tracking tools to help maximize utilization, improving cost
Cost and Revenue: Track accounts receivables, invoices, revenue recognition, contracted hours to execution.
Legal Obligations: Ensure all responsibilities within IPS’ contracted Scopes of Work are met.
Reduce need for additional resources:
Kick-off: Responsible for creating and delivering a stable process for initiating customer communications and beginning the support mechanisms, including:
Coordinating subject matter experts (reducing expense and bandwidth drains)
Gathering materials critical to engagements from customers and internal stakeholders, including contracts and data requests (increasing the speed of delivery and legal requirements)
Data gathering, monitoring and reporting on crucial department KPIs.
Process improvement identification and implementation, to better improve delivery time, coordination and exceed agreed upon levels of service, customer satisfaction and quality.
Manage consultants’ (Subject Matter Experts) schedules and align resources to meet current and pipeline needs. Notifying leadership of expected shortages.
Manage contracting technology by providing business specifications, coordinating with legal and compliance to ensure language is the most current and accurately reflects the services performed by Subject Matter Experts.
Accurately report bandwidth availability by service line to internal stakeholders through reporting and dashboards provided on a bi-weekly and monthly basis.
Take in referrals from stakeholders, coordinate appropriate stakeholders, open opportunity within the appropriate technologies and coordinate initial kick-off call.
Managed IPS’ invoicing process, by ensuring the creation of invoices and ensure applicable credits are applied.
- 2 years or more of project management experience
3 years' business experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industries preferred
Office Technology, such as, Microsoft Office and SalesForce
Specialized Knowledge/Skills –
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, work-streams and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills in presenting project plans internal stakeholders.
Detailed understanding and experience with process documentation and improvement for gaining operational efficiency.
Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Windows based operating systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to make quick sound decisions
Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly
Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) –
Traditional office environment.
Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) –
Large percent of time performing computer based work is required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing or equivalent experience
Education in Industrial Engineering, Project Management Professional certification (PMP) or 6-Sigma preferred but, not required
