Mercer Digital is currently interviewing candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience to join our Workday Deployment team. This is not a senior-level position for someone who has been in the workforce for decades. In this position, we will train and certify you in Workday, the hottest cloud-based ERP product on the market. You will work alongside experienced professionals - the best in the industry - and learn how Workday can help companies manage and automate their Human Capital Management and Financials business functions . Your role will involve s upporting new implementations of Workday, as well as providing support to our existing customers who have implemented Workday to manage their daily HCM and Financials functions. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of work experience and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). This role will work out of one of our offices (Dallas or Houston/The Woodlands, TX). Analytical skills are required, and candidates must have excellent communication skills. Day-to-day Responsibilities: After initial Workday Certification training, you will work with the team to gather and analyze customer business and technical requirements and implement Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials solutions You will have the opportunity to learn and get certified in other areas of Workday: Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Financials You will work with different technologies, i mplementing and configuring Workday into the client’s computer platform You'll design, build, and test solutions across different product platforms You will play a major role in helping clients resolve their business issues You'll apply Workday’s methodology on customer project teams to help customers achieve a high degree of success and satisfaction You will apply various Workday technologies and techniques to a wide variety of implementation projects and a wide variety of customers across the US Location: Dallas, TX or The Woodlands, TX (this position requires daily office presence) Why Mercer Digital?
