Shell Lab Analyst in Tianjin, China
No. of Positions:
To conduct laboratory testing, analysis and release for component, bulk intermediate and finished product, to ensure products quality meeting Shell standard, customer and legislative requirement.
Comply with Shell Group HSSE policy and lab safety operation procedures and ensure lab daily safety operation.
Comply with quality department procedures and work instructions and ensure lab daily operation full compliance to approved procedures and wok instructions
Conduct lab testing, analysis and release for component, bulk intermediate and finished product timely and accurately in GSAP system according to Shell quality standard.
Report any abnormal test data and any abnormal lab equipment performance timely and solve problem with advice from quality supervisor and quality manager
Keep lab records properly and keep lab clean and tidy and maintain lab at high 5S standard
Conduct formulation lab trial as per instruction from Quality Supervisor
Conduct GB testing requirement for finished product and formulation develop
Conduct lab equipment daily maintenance, regular calibration, testing methods updated and daily SQC for critical lab equipments

College diploma or above in chemistry field
Minimum of 3 years working experience in chemical lab testing field
Proven testing instrument usage skill. Be familiar with quality analytical tools
Knowledge in ISO9001 Quality Management System / ISO 14001 Environment Management System
Knowledge of lubes/grease product specification and production processes
Sound English reading and PC skill
Team player, strong sense of accountability
