Job Description

  • Proven knowledge, experience and excellence within the specific area of Major Incident Management

  • Proven understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management processes

  • Professional English communication skills (written and oral), experience interacting with all levels of management both within Company and Customer organizations

  • 2-3 years of experience in the ITIL driven IT management environment, preferably in an Incident Manager position

  • ITIL Foundation certificate

  • Understands and has demonstrated techniques for the assessment and management of risk

  • Demonstrated understanding of production IT Environment and IT Operations

  • Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work in a high paced, multifaceted environment

  • 24x7x365 On Call availability

  • Confident in managing system enhancements, new releases or projects focused on a specific product/system/application of moderate scope and complexity
