  • Participate in all phases of the technology delivery lifecycle of Salesforce based solutions that consistently deliver business value to our external and internal customers

  • Provides prescriptive guidance to Salesforce implementations across the enterprise

  • Drive and govern the infrastructure design, capacity planning, and system/application development interaction, produce an architectural roadmap and deliver real life business benefits from an architectural blueprint

  • Directs the design, construction, purchase, deployment and management of information systems and information technology


  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on architecture experience either on Sales or Service Cloud

  • Ability to Articulate the technical and solution design using tools like Visio

  • Having any architecture designer certification is mandatory

  • Experience with solutioning and different cloud

  • Understanding architecture and able to define integration would be required

  • Hands-on experience with integrating Salesforce with a on-prem or a cloud application

  • Basic understanding of Databases and Data Design is a must have


  • Having Sales or Service Cloud certification is a bonus
