Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution/Management: Partners with marketing and assigned business partners to create and execute less complex marketing campaigns, in support of marketing strategies aligned to specific business unit needs. Responsible for content development; writes, edits and shepherds material through the review/approval process. Executes traditional marketing tactics such as email, ecards, webinars, newsletters, sell sheets, brochures, as well as digital marketing tactics such as video, social media and web for less complex campaigns. Monitors the effectiveness of campaigns by tracking results and providing input on campaign ROI analysis and reporting. Reviews data on business and consumer insights related to marketing campaigns and provides input to marketing partners. Responsible for the ongoing maintenance/refresh of less complex campaign content and tactics. Supports agency and industry events by executing marketing components. May provide project management leadership. Has general knowledge of established processes, approvals and best practices. Collaboration: Works closely with manager, marketing and business partners to understand business priorities and objectives. Collaborates with manager, marketing peers and assigned business partners. Project Management: Manages mid-sized projects and/or campaigns. Leadership: May mentor more junior marketing staff. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Under moderate supervision and in conjunction with marketing partner(s), the Marketing Sr. Consultant identifies marketing program strategies and creates and executes less complex integrated marketing campaigns in support of marketing strategies aligned to specific business unit needs. This position is also accountable for content development based on key marketing strategy messaging. This position does not manage others.

Position Type:


Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience is required.

Physical Requirements:

Operates standard office equipment (Frequently) Sitting (Can stand at will) (Frequently) Use of Keyboards, Sporadic 10-Key (Frequently)

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of marketing related work experience is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting the management of integrated campaigns is required. General knowledge of all facets of owned, earned paid tactics is required. Intermediate written and verbal communications skills are required. Intermediate project management and organizational skills are required. Basic consulting skills are required. Basic analytical and strategic thinking skills are required. Basic presentation skills are required. General knowledge of content writing and tools is required. General knowledge of multifunctional areas such as: digital execution, promotion, advertising, research, competitive analysis, communications, brand management, website management is required.
