We are currently recruiting for an experienced Leader in our Supply Chain & Operations Practice, based in Toronto Canada, with retail industry and supply chain transformation, planning and fulfillment experience.

The work: We are seeking a candidate to come help lead and grow our Supply Chain & Operations practice. In this role you will work with and lead a dynamic team of Supply Chain practitioners to:

• Identify and solve problems using your analytical skills and deep industry experience • Build and manage client-relationships with senior leaders at our key accounts • Create compelling business cases and value propositions for our clients to help drive supply chain transformations within their organizations • Ensure our clients’ supply chain operations support their overall objectives—and be ready to diplomatically challenge old fashioned approaches if needed • Give clients insights that help make their companies work better, faster, and more efficiently • Manage business development and a book of business at leading Canadian retailers

Here’s what you need: • 10+ years’ experience leading client engagements through supply chain transformations • 10+ years’ experience optimizing end-to-end supply chains with knowledge in planning & fulfilment services • 10+ years’ experience in the retail industry • Experience building and managing client relationships • Experience growing and developing client accounts and managing sales • At least 5 years working as a consultant, representing Professional Services • A Bachelor’s Degree

Bonus points if: ● You’ve got experience working with Supply Chain software such as SAP SCM, Manhattan SCM, Blue Yonder, LLamasoft or similar products ● You can spot where to find new value in supply chain, and explain it simply ● You know how to run strategic cost takeout projects
