As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.

Oracle Cloud HCM and Benefits Consultant US Nationwide
The Oracle Cloud HCM and Benefits Consultant will play a key, central role in the successful implementation of Oracle s Cloud Human Capital Management and Payroll solutions.
The Oracle Cloud HCM and Benefits Consultant will be the primary consulting Benefits subject matter expert on client implementation engagements and will provide direction and business/functional leadership to the other team project consultants, as related to benefits assuming significant expertise with base HCM and other Cloud applications.
The Oracle Cloud HCM and Benefits Consultant will provide Oracle HCM and Benefits Cloud product and implementation expertise to our engagements.
They will, in part, work with clients to understand business needs, develop initial designs for configurations, configure prototypes, lead configuration workshops for the Oracle HCM and Benefits Cloud solution, find workaround solutions as needed for unique business requirements, and, generally, serve as a senior source of HCM and Benefits process knowledge, application expertise, and guidance to our project teams.
This role requires a mastery of Benefits and HCM business processes, a clear understanding of best practices, and experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Benefits. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and Benefits and / or Oracle EBS HCM and Benefits is a definite plus.
The Oracle Cloud HCM and Benefits Consultant will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and will lead workshops with clients.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Expert in the Oracle Cloud HCM and Benefits product and experience/familiarity with the Oracle HCM Cloud suite
Perform the following on an engagement :
o understand client Payroll business needs
o configure the Oracle Cloud HCM and Benefits solution and develop workarounds as necessary
o demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and management of configuration/prototype workshops
Work with the client and our technical team to help convert legacy data.
Complete the work assigned within the budgeted time allocated
Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build , configure and test integrations between HCM / Benefits and other systems
Understand Oracle s Implementation Methodology
Knowledge Base / Skills
An ideal candidate will have minimum of Two (2) full life cycle implementations of Oracle s Cloud HCM and Benefits solutions
8 years implementing Human Capital Management and Benefits solutions consulting
Previous consulting experience
Experience in implementing HCM/Benefits SaaS applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Business analysis, requirements gathering, and workshop leadership abilities.
Experience with multiple HCM and Benefits applications a plus especially PeopleSoft or Oracle EBS
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
US Citizens preferred, EAD and GC considered.
