Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.

Principal Product Strategy Manager Order to Cash
Do you have a passion for driving global market success for newly introduced software products? Oracle NetSuite is seeking an outbound focused product strategy manager to lead the charge to accelerate the market adoption of our Order to Cash (O2C) offerings. You will join our growing, international team as a subject matter expert, keeping your finger on the pulse of the market, acting as the voice of NetSuite O2C to internal sales, marketing, and professional services teams, as well as to partners, customers, and analysts. You will be at the forefront of one of the company s key strategic initiatives, collaborating with the broader NetSuite teams to help drive growth in the market place.
Communicate our existing product capabilities, recently delivered features/benefits, and our product strategy and roadmap to internal and external audiences
Identify solutions necessary to differentiate NetSuite and improve market penetration, and document associated business requirements
Align with product development to prioritize features and ensure that solution designs satisfy documented business requirements
Execute new product introductions, including enablement, feature packaging, competitive positioning, and pricing
Drive the go-to-market launch of new products, features and releases and manage cross-departmental communication and execution; Align with cross-functional teams to synchronize vertical go-to-market plans with O2C target markets and roadmaps
Build and deliver assets to educate the ecosystem (Sales, Demo Excellence, Marketing, Professional Services, Customers, Partners, and Analysts)
Develop customer relationships to enable successful ongoing Customer Advisory Boards and Design Partnership Groups
Generate and nurture partner relationships to extend native functionality and provide a whole solution
Track feature adoption, and where necessary create action plans to resolve adoption issues
Serve as the subject matter expert on buyers and the competition; drive quantitative and qualitative market research, and provide expert input for battle cards and other competitive positioning
5 years of software Product Management or Product Marketing experience
Experience with one or more Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools required; Experience with order to cash features/applications preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a global, fast-paced environment; collaborating with groups of subject matter experts from multiple disciplines and locations
College degree preferred; MBA is a plus
