Oracle Digital Marketing, Team Manager: Lead Development and Sales Enablement - N.A. Marketing in Tucson, Arizona

Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.

Leads a team of digital marketing specialists to collaborate with line of business/region in designing new data-driven models and campaign optimization techniques to create customer awareness, engagement and predictive purchase intent. Responsible for driving Inbound Marketing activities delivering results to sales pipeline and revenue generation. Manages the team to ensure regional inbound demand generation business plan, goals and strategies are achieved. Collaborate closely with sales, product and field marketing to align resources and budget to vertical/line of business/region growth opportunities, supporting sales growth regionally and globally. Manages relationships with internal partners and external agencies.

Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership skills. Practical internet knowledge. Sales and marketing experience desired. Software business management experience.

Job Description

Manage a team of LeadDevelopment Specialists, representing North America Applications, to driveincremental revenue growth by building operational efficiency in how Marketingcampaigns are activated and executed by Sales teams.

The role is responsible fordeveloping, analyzing and optimizing the process Marketing uses to build andexecute campaigns including:

  • Campaign designand audience targeting

  • Touch pointstrategy and channel use

  • Sales Educationand enablement

  • Lead flow andconversion

  • Sales activityanalysis

  • Best practicecreation and presentation

Working across and in closecollaboration with numerous Field Marketing teams, Sales teams and Operationsteams the role spans all phases of demand generation to help understand,optimize and transform their digital campaigns and lead generation efforts to achievea greater return on marketing investments.

Success Factors

You will be managing a teamof high-performing Lead Development Specialists, success in the role requiresprevious Sales management experience or having performed above expectations andquota as a Business Development Consultant (BDC) or as a Sales DevelopmentRepresentative (SDR).

*Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor s degree(Technical or Marketing degree, MBA preferred)

  • 8 years ofexperience working in B2B or Digital marketing; Cloud/SaaS preferred.

  • 3 years ofexperience managing sales or marketing teams

  • 5 years ofexperience with digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation

  • 5 years ofexperience working closely with and or for sales executives

  • Excellentrelationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence, andtrust with stakeholders

  • Experience withAccount Based Marketing and Account Based Sales Development

  • Proven ability tosolve challenging problems with well thought-out and simple solutions

  • Keenunderstanding of standard Marketing measurement models and metrics with theability to compile, calculate, and interpret reporting data

  • Comprehensiveunderstanding of Modern Marketing and SaaS Buying Process

  • Excellent writtenand oral communication skills

  • Comfortablecommunicating and presenting ideas to groups and leadership

  • Advanced Excel/Analytics skills and experienceone or more BI reporting tools
