We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Account Management – EMEA within the CEGBU. The role is responsible for building and leading a team of Account Managers across EMEA who are accountable for retaining and growing CEGBU revenue within key strategic accounts.

The Head of Account Management – EMEA is also required to bring awareness, acceptance and success of the Account Management function within EMEA, by partnering with Sales Leads and other core functions within the CEGBU. The role provides the opportunity to contribute towards the ever evolving global Account Management function is part of a global leadership team that works together to find ways to make our teams, the function and our clients successful.

We are looking for a candidate that has management experience – particularly in a sales or account management environment with a consistent track record for achieving revenue or bookings targets and building strong, independent and highly effective teams. As the function is relatively new within the CEGBU, we are looking for candidates that will work tireless to ensure that the region and the key clients within the portfolio understand the value of Account Management and that benefits that we bring. This is a senior role within the CEGBU Business Engineering organisation and is the perfect opportunity for candidates, that are good communicators, strong leaders and strategic thinkers!

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.

Drive operational performance goals and will be responsible for achieving quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations. Build team, improve internal processes and systems to achieve operational performance that meets or exceeds goals. Establish and measure group goals and team performance against specific target objectives. Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds on going customer relationships to drive renewals, maximize timely renewals and up sell to the client. Drives client issue resolution by bringing the appropriate resources in to assist or escalating to VP.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs. Prefer 10 years of professional experience with at least 2 years People Manager experience. Demonstrated experience in implementation or client facing relationship experience. Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems. Experience managing high level client relationships and escalations. Industry experience is desired.
