Summary:

NetSuite’s Marketing Team plays a key role in driving this growth, and consequently is looking for a results-oriented, enthusiastic and creative Marketing Manager to report into the Director of Country Marketing.

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the campaigns across the UK&I.

Your Responsibilities:

Planning and Strategy

  • Plan and manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, to include DM, email, online and social marketing, to build awareness, and generate new business leads as per our marketing targets, progress prospects through the funnel and improve these conversion rates

  • Responsible for putting the campaign strategy and plan into a calendar of activities and be fully responsible for the delivery of these activities

  • Own and deliver against the UK marketing number across our core market segments and industries

Campaign Analysis and Reporting

  • Manage the tracking of campaigns and review the performance of campaigns across all channels

  • Provide detailed analysis and commentary, make recommendations, and implement changes where necessary to ensure objectives are met

Stakeholder Management and Communication

  • Liaise with core stakeholders across the organization to agree and define priorities and communicate progress against these as per their priorities

  • Develop and deliver pre-campaign briefings and provide the necessary information to the relevant sales reps to ensure each campaign is a success

  • Ensure post campaign analysis and success is communicated back to the key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)

  • Marketing qualifications (preferable)

  • Significant experience in the delivery of marketing campaigns and events

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Attention to detail, follow-through and deadline compliance

  • Strong project management skills

  • Working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.

As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Thrives in fast paced environment Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. 5 years related experience and BA/BS degree in marketing or technical major preferred.
