MMD S&T SM & AH Learning Partner
In this role you support, influence and facilitates the design and development of strategic learning solution activities within the Global Manufacturing Science and Technology (MS&T) for Small Molecule Manufacturing and Animal Health Manufacturing to achieve business results. You will work with Global and functional Learning Leaders, global functional leaders, Global HR Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts and middle managers to understand business goal and performance needs; and through consultation and analysis identify learning solutions that drive performance and capabilities needs. You will be responsible to develop and execute global and specific learning solutions according to the function annual learning and capability plan. You will routinely engage with key stakeholders to ensure learning solutions continue to support and positively drive desired outcomes.
Establish and sustain key relationships with key learning stakeholders in the global function
Collaborate with stakeholders to define desired performance outcomes
Provide feedback and coaching on issues related to learning programs and policies
Identify performance needs and learning solutions or non-traditional learning solutions to drive business goals
Monitor, analyze, interpret, and report internal trends to make recommendations for learning solutions for the division or function
Interpret and discuss feedback with stakeholders, and monitor impact and cost-effectiveness of learning solutions;
Serve as the Project Leader for learning solution development; drive the creation of modern learning journeys to support upskilling of capabilities to impact business deliverables
Remain current on learning and development related tools, techniques, strategies and practices to provide relevant, informed consultative advice to clients
Share leading learning practices with teams and stakeholders
Act as a liaison between the Learning Support Services function and learning stakeholders
Deliver training and/or support local SMEs providing training, as needed
Report timely feedback on learning effectiveness to the business and communicate suggestions for improvement
Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree required, with a preferred in Education and/or Sciences
Master’s degree preferred
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience, with minimum 5 years of leadership experience and minimum 1 year of experience facilitating / delivering learning solutions
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience in the areas of learning, talent, HR, or comparable areas
Experience in Global Pharmaceutical Operations or Animal Health in the areas of Science and Technology
