Hasbro Integrated Media Manager - Digital in Uxbridge, United Kingdom

Hasbro SA, based in Delemont Switzerland, manufactures and sells Hasbro toy and games products around the world. Hasbro European Trading BV ('HET') is Hasbro SA’s distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SA’s customers in all major European countries. Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe. Hasbro UK Ltd ('the Company') provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The purpose of this role is to provide the following services:

  • To use digital insight and analysis to develop and recommend online retail strategies that translate into compelling and profitable business propositions for HET/HIT, aligned with the businesses promotional and brand marketing initiatives

Specific Responsibilities/ Tasks:

  • Lead strong partnerships with the local Sales services and Brand teams, providing digital expertise and commercial recommendations on maximising ecommerce

  • Ensure digital planning is embedded in the core of account and brand plans. Work closely to recommend and deliver brand and account ecommerce objectives & KPIs

  • Build strategic relationships with HET/HIT key customer contacts (i.e. Retailer Digital teams). Ensure full engagement with Hasbro brand portfolio and joint planning/brainstorm sessions. Agree and deliver against approved mutually beneficial objectives & KPIs

  • Oversee the creation recommendation and delivery of franchise and event plans for HET/HIT online retailers based on consumer and multi brand initiatives to drive FOC media and retail sales, utilising retailer owned affiliate, social and eCRM concepts where appropriate

  • Pre and post analysis on all initiatives to determine anticipated impact (cost, ROI, uplifts) making appropriate recommendations for future activity. Utilise retailer owned analytic tools

  • Develop strong partnerships with external creative & digital agencies to enhance delivery of approved plans.

  • Partner with the Global & Regional Digital teams to optimise communication and asset delivery requirements

  • Briefing and delivery of online creative for HET/HIT customer activity

  • Formulate and recommend best in class asset delivery to major online retailers to maximise SEO and retail sales

  • Ensure HET/HIT campaigns are rooted in customer journey insights

  • Key contributor to formulation and recommendation of long-term strategic digital planning across the business

Qualifications Required:

  • Degree level education (or equivalent) in Marketing, Media or Communications

Experience Required:

  • Experience working on developing and executing multimedia campaigns

  • Knowledge of:

  • digital and social platforms and operations

  • syndicated media and research tools

  • current trends and innovation in media, tracking, analytics and research

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

  • Thorough understanding of the media process, media department and inter-department relationships

  • Balanced ability to perform analytically and creatively

  • Familiarity with offline media concepts

  • Experience of writing and delivering effective presentations, including to Senior Managers and Retail customers

  • Managing 3rd parties, Agencies, Licensors etc

  • Project management experience
