Our International Head Quarters based in Uxbridge (near Heathrow Airport) employs approximately 350 people with over 23 different nationalities and we’re currently looking for a Marketing Specialist-Italian Speaking Online Manager who will report to the Director of Digital Marketing.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Look after digital plateform for Italian market (website, mobile, blogs, social media...)

  • Continuous control of online marketing campaign performance and analysis of traffic and performance reports

  • Active conception, implementation, analyses and optimization of keyword and display campaigns

  • Adaption and creation of online banners and creative in cooperation with the Hertz design team

  • Feed the central team and the media agencies to reach the right audience through a variety of digital media channels.

  • Support with mailings, newsletters and SEO

  • Supervision and improvement of affiliate, display and social media campaigns

What do we need from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, ideally majoring in Online Marketing or Media and Communication

  • Broad online marketing skills (websites, search engines, SEO, social media, blogs, newsletters, affiliates)

  • Italian speaking native and very good English skills

  • You are fascinated by the possibilities of the internet, you enjoy social media and you are an all-rounder for online marketing.

  • CMS know-how

  • Distinct analytical skills and enjoy work with numbers

  • Good MS office skills

  • Very high affinity to internet and computer as well as interest in online trends

  • High motivation, willingness to learn and team spirit

  • Besides a high level of motivation you are creative and have professional knowledge of analytics tools, Acquisition platforms and networks.
