General Responsibilities

Our European Head Quarters based in Uxbridge employs approximately 350 people with over 23 different nationalities and due to internal promotion we’re currently looking for a Tours Pricing Analyst to join the recently centralised Multi-Lingual Pricing team of 30 employees

What is this role all about?

As a Pricing Tours Analyst you will focus on timely delivery of tour rates and responses to the sales team, contribution analysis for senior management approval, delivery of rates, loading documents and support rate implementation and ad hoc reporting.

As a Pricing Analyst some of the duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery all tour rates on schedule.

  • Liaison with Sales, Sales Support, Dublin and USA to ensure correct rates are delivered to customer and to Dublin.

  • Delivery of contribution analysis for all tours accounts.

  • Administration & analysis of non-tour wholesale products

  • Ensuring that information received from countries and sent to customers is up to date and correct.

  • Seek ways to constantly improve process and tools which will enhance tours pricing capability

  • Ad hoc analysis of trends, revenue opportunities, customer behaviour.

  • Drilling down existing analysis for more detailed understanding of key profit & cost drivers.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Mathematics / Economics / Finance / Business

  • Previous experience in a similar Analyst / Pricing Analyst position

  • Experience within a complex, demand/supply planning environment

  • Process innovation and development; management via KPIs

  • Excellent interpersonal & English communication skills.

  • Demonstrates resourcefulness & good analytical skills.

  • Strong organizing & planning skills
