CBRE Marketing Coordinator in Vancouver, British Columbia
CBRE Vancouver’s High Technology Facilities Group, our leading Tenant Representation team, is looking for a dynamic client focused individual to help build its online presence through multiple marketing channels and raise the bar on its property marketing materials, packages, pitches and presentations
The team specializes in structuring and achieving local and global real estate goals for technology companies in BC and North America across office, industrial and flex industrial assets. Collectively, the team has sold over $1 billion in assets and leased over 24 million sq. ft. since the team was created in 1995, averaging 1.3 million square foot per annum in recent years. They have completed 19 build-to-suit projects in the Lower Mainland, more than any competitor, and consistently deliver innovative cost saving solutions to their clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage team marketing collateral (including but not limited to: brochures, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans, Year in Review, tombstones, Creative Solutions, Drip Cards, Big Wins, Sale cards).and maintains it to a consistently high standard
Execute property e-marketing and hard copy campaigns and provides tracking reports
Maintains and updates team website
Create and manages a social media schedule for the team – LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram
Coordinate and manage team quarterly newsletter
Manage and maintain team database of 3000 contacts
Create presentations and proposals for new business development providing recommendations with a focus on ensuring that all materials meet established standards as to branding and messaging.
Produce high quality graphic design artwork to support marketing efforts using various computer software packages for either print or internet.
Organize bi-annual wine tasting event for clients
Research data from a variety of sources for inclusion in technical reports and presentations; performs independent research and prepares information for special projects as assigned.
Ensure compliance with company standards regarding the company logo and consistency of marketing products.
Provide responses to RFP and RFI questions by working closely with subject matter experts while keeping within tight timelines. Develop understanding of company and process in order to create responses that accurately represent capabilities.
Coordinate and manage team memberships
Bachelor’s degree, Associate's degree or equivalent from university or college required.
2 years’ experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals preferred.
Ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.
Work experience in Sales or Marketing environment preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
