The mission of the QuoteCenter product team is to radically reimagine the shopping experience at Home Depot utilizing the latest web technologies and data tools.
Collaborate with internal partners (Product Management, Field Communication, Field Support, Catalog, Vendor Management and Pricing teams) to execute engagement strategies for QuoteCenter programs, pilots and launches.
Work with field leadership (RPSM, DMs, Pro Captains etc.) to build strong relationships that drive engagement, promote QC brand and value proposition and reflect field concerns to internal stakeholders.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
30%- Provide training, site visits and guidance to drive adoption and usage with the Division.
20%- Leverage relationships with Divisional and Regional field leaders/partners to drive QC adoption and usage.
20%- Work with Product Management team to understand new products, feature and enhancements to existing products to in order to execute appropriate field strategies.
20%- Work with internal operational stakeholders (Catalog, Vendors and Pricing teams) to understand key enhancements to assortments, features and service in order to execute appropriate field strategies.
10%- Support feedback and activities from Divisional reporting and provide feedback to internal stakeholders on the effectiveness of programs, pilots and launches.
NATURE AND SCOPE
This position reports to the HDQC Director of Marketing.
This position has no direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
3+ years experience, with a demonstrable track-record in developing sales channels
Training and Support experience with a proven track record in supporting diverse (skills and geographical) workforce in adoption of new technologies
Proven skills in being able to articulate and communicate insights and strategies both verbally and in writing (long-form and PowerPoint) to colleagues and senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority (this is a key position of influence; however there are no direct-reports).
Highly-refined project management and prioritization skills to manage multiple work streams and remain focused on what matters.
Experience in the following:
Proven relationship building experience
Inside or outside sales experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong organization skills with attention to details
Must possess the ability to handle multiple task at once with minimal direction
