Oracle NetSuite EPM Sales Manager in Vienna, Virginia
Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle*s opportunities across all products and product lines.
Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Minimum five or more years sales or sales management experience within technology industry. Ability to hire and train new sales representatives. Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues. Demonstrated leadership skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences. Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions. Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.

Manage a team of NetSuite EPM overly sales reps in North America.
Develop a strategy for the NetSuite EPM overlay business that supports the execution of the NetSuite mission. Communicate that strategy and execution plans to senior management, internal stakeholders, employees, partners and customers.
Work with other NetSuite Sales Managers to execute sales strategy to drive NetSuite new logo acquisition and increase the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of the NetSuite installed base.
Proactively support sales and marketing campaigns as defined by the global and regional marketing functions
Provide accurate weekly bookings forecast and provide sufficient information to support the forecast.
Manage internal processes and set employee expectations to create a disciplined sales environment that ensures the business goals are met and that the business complies with relevant regulatory requirements.
Communicate and promote the NetSuite values and ensure a work place culture that supports diversity, conducts business with a high level of integrity, and treats all employees with respect.
Provide guidance for employees in matters of problem resolution, sales strategies, competitive analysis and pricing, bids and corporate policy interpretation.
Assess skill sets and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales team to meet objectives, reinforce sales methodology and provide guidance on career path direction.
Track record of, and demonstrated experience (5 years) in, sales or managing and leading quota-bearing team members, to ensure successful forecasting and delivery of revenue targets.
5 years of business management and/or business management software sales experience.
Individual should have a 4-year degree, ideally in a Business or Technology specialty.
Proven ability to maintain and strengthen relationship with client community.
Demonstrated ability to manage first-level escalations of SOP issues, deal strategy and closing support.
Demonstrated experience in executing strategy and managing to a plan.
Manage candidate interviews, hiring and on-boarding to meet team headcount targets.
Manage first-level team career planning and development.
Demonstrated experience in leading a team in complex matrix environment.
Individual needs to have demonstrable experience driving company policy, execution and meeting of revenue target.
