As an Oracle Senior Enterprise Sales Manager , you will be focused on Enterprise business accounts within your assigned territory. You will have a proven track record of building and leading teams that delivers top attainment and make a difference for both our business and our customers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Drive revenue and growth across European Enterprise accounts for Oracle

  • Hire, support and guide direct reports (Enterprise Account Executives) by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings

  • Development of your team which will include recruiting, hiring and training new account executives

  • Responsible and accountable for achieving allocated quarterly and annual sales quotas for license software and first year maintenance

  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating and maintaining satisfied customers

  • Coach direct reports to drive closure and drive toward consistent, higher levels of world class selling

  • Lead the development, presentation and sale of opportunity specific value propositions with your team.

Qualifications and experience required:

  • 5 years of experience managing Enterprise software sales teams

  • 5 years direct enterprise software selling experience; a top producer

  • Significant expertise in customer facing software sales positions as both individual contributor and sales leader

  • Ability to build deep trust with internal teammates and end customer executives

  • Cloud/SaaS sales is a plus

  • Strong international sales and sales manager experience

  • Experience in managing complex sales-cycles using clear and repeatable sales methodologies and demonstrated ownership of territory and account management.

  • Outstanding communication negotiation, presentation and solution selling skills in order to manage complex organizations

  • Good English skills (written and spoken)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines.

Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Minimum five or more years sales or sales management experience within technology industry. Ability to hire and train new sales representatives. Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues. Demonstrated leadership skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences. Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions. Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.
