IBM Coordenador Técnico - Master in Brazil
This individual acts as a role model and discharge technical management within a team, encouraging mutual respect and commitment. Encourages groups to work together and takes responsibility for team building to optimize performance by working with other Team Leaders, planning and managing resources to provide correct levels of cover. Sets challenging but achievable team targets to match business metrics, performance standards and SLA's and manages Individual and Team Performance. Subsequently, aligns individual and team training requirements with business needs within budget guidance. Manages daily, weekly, monthly process changes which may affect the team and reacts to and resolves issues inside and where practical, outside department. Ensures Service Levels and Standards are maintained at all times, improvement of PMR resolution and respect of procedures.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The applicant should have an IT/Engineering related background degree with solid work experience
Project Planning, installation, commissioning and integration of IBMS. Hands on
experience in planning, developing and implementing physical security and non-physical security projects.
- Creativity and judgment in resolving professional, technical or operational problems on
different projects within the business environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills on specific security approaches, implementation and input strategies.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Should have 5-6 years experience in driving Security technology programs for large Enterprises across various countries in LATAM
Hands on experience in working with products from GE Picture Perfect, Milestone Xprotect, Axis, Panasonic, Sony, Kaba etc.
Exposure to deployment of PSIMs, awareness on Analytics and Cognitive technologies and their relevance to Security management
The successful candidate will have responsibility for leading major CS security technology endeavors while deploying innovative and effective best practices.
The ideal candidate will have great capacity for proactive and strategic thinking with a track record demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, organizational leadership and results-oriented attitude to influence outcomes.
Candidate will build a robust and sustainable technology program tailored for Corporate Security mission.
