The Product Manager will support Oracle Hospitality’s integration products. Integration products provide the interfacing gateway for various external systems to inter-operate with our products. Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, development, quality and marketing of products as they move from conception to distribution.


  • Lead agile team focused on building and providing interfaces with strategic partners

  • Market research and analysis to identify key industry trends and players

  • Define product strategy and specifications

  • Communicate product strategy and functionality to internal/external parties

  • Manage cross functional agile team through planning and delivery

  • Review product progress and collateral and provide feedback

  • Be subject expert for your domain

  • Ensure successful product releases and operation

  • Initiate and foster relationships with internal/external partners

  • Represent product, team, and strategy at conferences, meet-ups, customer sites, and other industry events

Must have qualifications:

  • Substantial product management experience with system integration, application development, and data structure with APIs

  • Experience with Player Tracking Systems integration and hospitality gaming industry interoperability standards

  • Ability to self-learn and use high tech software tools

  • Comfortable with REST or SOAP APIs, JSON or XML, OAuth 2.0 or SAML

Bonus qualifications:

  • BS or MS degree in a business, engineering, or technical domain

  • Experience with enterprise customer life cycles and enterprise IT landscape

  • Experience working within a large interdependent development organization

  • Related applications knowledge for represented product (ie. OPERA, OXI, OEDS, GDS).

  • OPERA product knowledge

  • Hotel operations knowledge or experience

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
