The Senior Mobility Consulting Analyst is a client facing specialist for a particular market (Switzerland, Austria) in charge of managing a selected portfolio of data clients, ranging from small to medium to large and more complex clients.

Your tasks:

Deliver qualitative and timely service and support to consultants and clients in the region by:

Preparing financial and compensation data analyses for consultants to deliver to clients. Developing exhibits based on collected and calculated data. Perform data analysis using advanced dynamic Excel modelling. Understanding project components and processes to make sure analyses are correct. Prepare client meeting materials, participate in meetings with clients, including fact-finding interviews and presentations. Work closely with project managers and senior consultants on the project to determine the exhibits to be included in the final client presentations. Analyze clients’ mobility program and compensation data vs. market utilizing excel modeling and critical thinking skills. Uses Mercer's proprietary tools and public filings to gather pay practices and policies. Act as a liaison between Mercer's project team and the client secondary contact.

Manage the mobility membership pre-invoice process by liaising with clients, consultants, internal Mercer accounting. QualificationsYour profile:

Master´s or Bachelor's degree in either Science, Mathematics, Psychology, Human Resources, Commerce or Economics Relevant work experience 2-3 years may be as internship and knowledge of mobility practices would be a benefit Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as good project management and networking skills Self-starter High level of numeric skills and capacity to attend to detail Experienced in Excel, Word, PowerPoint Decisive and results orientated, highly disciplined, proactive, with a results driven focus. Excellent communication skills and readiness to work in cross cultural and cross team environment Problem solving and analytical skills Proficiency in German and English is required, in French a strong plus.
