MissionEssential VTC Administrator in Germany

Mission Essential is currently seeking a VTC Administrator to provide Audio Visual (AV) warranty support services which include scheduled preventative maintenance checks services (PMCS), reactive telephone and onsite incident support, component repair and replacement support and installation, and configuration and integration services for Video Tele-Conferencing (VTC) systems located in 603 AOC buildings. The successful candidate will support the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vendor-installed product line for existing (AMX, ClearOne, Planar, Mitsubishi, Extron and Cisco) and future Life Cycle Replacement (LCR) equipment and software. He/she shall provide AV programming capabilities for custom programming updates of control management functions, system component interoperability and user interfaces.
