Oracle is on a journey to be the #1 SaaS vendor in EMEA. Due to recent expansion and acquisitions in our Cloud Business, we are now growing our EMEA Talent Acquisition as we have many exciting NEW opportunities across our EMEA Sales teams.
This role can be based in Copenhagen or working remotely is also an option with travel to the office required .
We're seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter to join our expanding EMEA Sales Recruitment team. This person will be responsible for recruiting a wide range of Sales talent within the business and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Specific responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Proactively identifying new candidates for Oracle’s EMEA Sales teams, with a strong focus on the local Nordic market
Managing relationships with business leaders & acting as a Lead Recruitment Business Partners for some LOB
Full life cycle recruiting
Negotiating and closing candidates
Online research/cold calling to generate pipeline of candidates
Engaging with LOB and current employees to help drive employee referrals
Networking with current employees to broaden our knowledge of “top talent” in the EMEA market
Managing weekly candidate tracking and reporting
Updating internal applicant tracking system with candidate information
Partnering with other departments (Finance, Compensation, Employee Success) as needed
5 years’ experience as a Recruiter ideally in an enterprise software company ( other background's will also be considered)
Proven track record sourcing, interviewing, and attracting passive candidates
Ability to articulate the Oracle value proposition and story to candidates
Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
Social media savvy, digitally responsive
Experience partnering and influencing Senior Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle
Strong ability to multi task and handle competing priorities
Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Experience generating and update weekly recruitment reports
Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Working knowledge of ATS tools ( ideally Taleo) and technologies
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle
- s top talent on a national basis. Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs.
As an Oracle recruiter you will expedite recruitment and staffing needs via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to meet current and future needs. Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle division(s). May serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. Will interface with internet sourcing tools and Oracle
- s iRecruitment web tool.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment. Experience with targeting and recruiting top notch Oracle professionals. Ability to target candidates and cold call recruit individuals at all levels. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs. Ability to travel. 5 years recruiting experience in a high technology or agency environment. BA/BS degree.
