This is an exciting opportunity to be part of EMEA A&C organization and lead a New team to identify and build a robust working model with Management consulting companies, influencers and Digital Marketing agencies
This role needs a very strong communicator / influencer with management / business consulting background that would be able to build strong internal and external alignments with key stakeholders and guide the team on the strategic direction, process and execution.
The candidate should understand very well how management consultancies and Digital Marketing companies work, and should be able to identify their drivers / challenges / future evolution and the win/win opportunities between Oracle and them. The candidate should also understand very well the Oracle Strategy / Culture / drivers and growth opportunities in the different EMEA markets. S/he should have unique blend of innovation, Strategic thinking, Digital Tranformation and change management skills.
This role is vital for Oracle partner business as it covers all big strategic opportunities and big portfolio of Oracle Cloud Products.
Set the EMEA wide strategy / objectives and plan for the management consultancies and Digital agencies leaders in all regions in EMEA
Onboard the team and guide them on building effective process / operations
Build strong alignments with all Oracle internal stakeholders including sales VPs, product management, EMEA and Global A&C, etc.
Manage and report the incremental value of the team on quarterly basis
Build strong network and relationship with C level of all top management consultancies and digital agencies leaders based on win/win opportunities
Build and evolve a robust working model and governance with all stakeholders internally and externally
Influence the top opportunities / deals in EMEA with Management consultancies and Digital agencies
Define an effective Road Map for effective execution and future evolution of the function
Skills / Experience
Effectively understand and master the current and future Management consultancies Operating Model, Strategies,& practices
Effectively understand the current and future Digital agencies operation models
Good Understanding of Oracle SaaS / cloud Portfolio
Effective understanding of emerging technologies including BlockChain, AI, IOT, Machine Learning, Adaptive Intelligence, etc.
Understand Digital Transformation practices in relation to technology related market trends
Understand Customer success cycle (adoption / retention / expansion / renewal)
Influential / Ability to influence big Organizations
Strong C level communication skills and Ability to work well with other organizations in a team environment.
Self runner whom can balance between strategic objectives and tactics
Understand the future and evolution of Management consultancies – Disrupt the Disrupter
Programmatic, structured, organized, highly presentable
Minimum of 8-10 years experience in Management and business consulting
Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure and ambiguity
Change management / Agility / Innovation skills
Flexibility in work schedule.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important. Ability to hire and train new Alliance Consultants. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence.
