The successful candidate will join a team responsible for the compilation of business data requirements, completing pension calculation specifications, producing process documentation and providing support to core Retirement Administration business systems. Full training will be given however previous experience within an administrative or analytical role would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the analysis and interpretation of scheme rules, actuarial instructions and the production of basic calculation specifications.

  • Undertake aspects of the data load process including the identification and analysis of queries, the production of data risk reports and setting up scheme profiles.

  • Undertaking aspects of the data cleanse process with supervision including data analysis, data cleanse, data reconciliation and issue resolution.

  • Maintain accurate records to evidence the progress and profit of each project. Provide accurate and timely cost estimates for Project work where requested.

  • Development of standards and best practice

    Qualifications

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Must have minimum GCSE grade A-C in English and Maths (or equivalent)

  • Preferably educated to degree level (or equivalent) ideally in a numerical / part numerical subject

  • Experience of prioritising and working on multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Previous administration experience with good analytical and reporting skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Flexible and adaptable to work demands with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges

  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel
