looking for an experienced & energetic Enterprise Cloud Product Manager to

join our cloud product management team.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can be customer facing, makes

things happen and get results. They will

also combine product management expertise, solid experience in enterprise

software (Oracle Utilities software experience is a plus) and in the SaaS

delivery model, especially in terms of SaaS release planning, release

methodologies, go-to-market strategizing, customer facing tools, field &

partner enablement, and training/educational material development.


  • Work as an integral part ofthe cloud product management team

  • Take end-to-end ownership ofkey aspects of Oracle Utilities enterprise SaaS

  • Work closely with clients,system integrators, and 3rd party partners to understand solution needs anddrive education and adoption

  • Work closely with internalteams to ensure our cloud services are “best in class” and align with ourindustry and solution strategies.

  • Deeply learn about,understand, and bring ideas for the cloud technologies used at Oracle

  • Review design documents andarchitecture, and participate in technical discussions

  • Developand present educational materials, solution overviews and updates

  • Actively manage projectscross-functionally to ensure successful outcomes.

About You

  • A degree in Computer Science,engineering or other technical degree

  • 5 years of experience in asoftware product management or technical leadership role

  • At least one, but ideallyboth of the following:

  • Experience building and usingcomplex enterprise software (experience with Oracle Utilities software is adefinite plus)

  • Experience with building andreleasing business facing SaaS solutions

  • Experience leading a softwaredevelopment team through planning and implementation

  • Experience with Agile

  • Willing and able to workwithin a globally dispersed organization and with a large, global customer base

This role is a remote working position and can be located anywhere in the UK and Western Europe.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
