We are attracted to driven, strategic and seasoned Program/Product managers with cloud experience and a readiness to expand their impact across a division.We seek exceptional customer facing product leaders who will own end-to-end success of customer adoption to the OCI platform.
Work with customers and internal senior most executives, architects and product teams to drive OCI adoption.
Partner with regional sales leadership to engage high value customers in OCI adoption discussions.
Manage and drive the customer adoption lifecycle.
Partner with sales and marketing to deliver high quality product collateral, packaging and positioning.

6 years of enterprise technical or product management experience
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Flexibility and comfort with ambiguous product decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience building value propositions, messaging, and guidance for the field, partners and customers
Extensive product-level experience with Cloud services, virtualization, networking, and storage experience a plus. PaaS experience including SOA, integration services, business intelligence and/or analytics ideal.
Bachelor Degree, Masters or MBA preferred
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
