Role Summary: This is a new role to support the International (APAC, EMEA and Japan) Applications business operations leader in centrally providing insight, providing and consolidating analysis, driving simplification, adoption, and support of processes and Tools and on other International applications central activities.

General Role description:

Reporting to and supporting the Business Operations leader for International Applications, this role will be responsible for designing, analyzing, supporting and consolidating most of the centrally run processes to provide insight and guidance to the Sales Leadership of Apps International as well as look at ways to improve efficiency within the International Apps business.

This role will work closely with Global and Regional business operations teams to Apps International in these forums. The role includes regular interaction with the sales and business development leadership (EVP, SVP, VP level), as well building relationships within the Business Operations team across EMEA and JAPAC to develop governance that addresses business needs at consolidated International level.

This is a critical to support the newly formed International Apps sales organization. Responsibilities may also include other activities to support International Apps priorities, as this is an evolving role. The role will have direct responsibility for a team of 4-5 resources.

This role can be located in any Western Europe country or UAE and may require 25-50% travel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the requirements for Apps International business analysis, across the whole customer lifecycle from lead to opportunity to booking / provisioning, go live, adoption, renewal (the infinite loop)

  • Analyse the data to support the VP, Internal Business Development for Application in providing the Sales EVP, Applications the right info at the right timing to spot risks and identify opportunities, discuss trends

  • Liaise with the different organization (Sales, Presales, Biz Dev, Marketing, CSM, …) to interpret the data add a qualitative element to it

  • Drive predictive analytics projects to build / leverage the right data / business intelligence infrastructure to enable planning and decision making

  • Drive business reporting automation projects jointly with the Reporting Automation team in Bucharest

  • Manage a small team of business analysts (junior data scientists) in the Central Business Ops team who will provide the candidate with support on Apps International projects

Minimum Qualifications:

Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. May be involved with compensation and bonus process. Manage at least two direct reports.
