The Project Manager supports customer engagements within TeleTech’s Learning Delivery structure.
The Project Manager will be responsible for all project management functions from a learning and performance perspective associated with Client Launches/Client Ramp-up activities and associated deliverables. The Project Manager partner with clients regarding training resources/processes and will serve as liaison with our clients, ensuring communication related to project milestones, soliciting contribution from matrix resources and collaborating with other stakeholders/resources as needed to effectively drive projects to successful outcomes.
What the role really does…
Project Planning –Working with client partner, corporate and local learning & performance teams on training plans. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that set goals can be met. Serve as primary liaison on launch/ramp initiatives, proactively identifying risks and identifying solutions to challenges related to the delivery of learning solutions.
Project Execution – Team up with other stakeholders to launch new sites and/or medium to large client engagements from a learning & performance perspective (includes but is not limited to identifying training resources needed during and after launch, ensuring proper communications are distributed, assisting in facilitating initial trainer certification, training delivery, travel, etc.).
Project Follow Up/Control - Ensures compliance with learning & performance processes/systems executed during launch/ramp; aides in compiling and distributing requested data regarding training attrition, training attendance, etc. Follows progress of attrition classes for programs and works with corporate team to prevent over commitment of resources.
Project Closure – Aides in the transfer of responsibilities from launch to production.
Partner with external clients and internal product owners to position learning and knowledge management related solutions.
Works with key stakeholders to analyze development needs, create learning frameworks and materials, and follows through for successful management and implementation of leadership programs and initiatives.
o Key stakeholders include sales and operations executives, client sales partners, Learning & Development groups, and client decision makers.
Collaborates with sales, product marketing, marketing, operations and Learning Innovation leaders to deliver solutions to clients that drive Learning.
Work cross-functionality within TeleTech and with external vendors to solicit support necessary to ensure project success.
What we’re looking for…
Prefer 3-5 years of experience in learning field
BA/BS or equivalent experience
Strong interest in developing network of contacts across all regions and lines of businesses
Track record of interacting with internal and external customers
Practical application of social media activity and knowledge management technologies and practices
Ability to design solutions incorporating a variety of learning products
Proven competence and experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, across multiple regions and multiple cultural environments
Ability to work with virtual groups
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation development and proposal writing skills
Strong problem solving, solution and strategic thinking
People management abilities
Project management experience
Additional Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
Ability to travel internationally as required
Ability to work flexible hours/shifts
Builds strong relationships with stakeholders within TeleTech and with client partners
Prepare and present recommendations and plans to client decision makers
