We are seeking an outstanding individual to manage the entire

Contact Data Program for the EMEA region. Contact data entails contactable

details for customers and prospects and is critical to achieving business goals

by supporting outreach to target market segments. To deliver continued high

quality contact data as per the requirements of the business, this role will

require extensive Stakeholders interactions and management across the business

(Sales, Business Development Group & Marketing) as well as with Vendors and

Global Marketing Shared Services.


This individual will be an experienced

Project Manager or Program Manager with an understanding of B2B customer data

in the Tech industry. The core responsibilities of the role are:

1. Vendormanagement and operational efficiency

  • Align contact data investments with business prioritiesand marketing priorities

  • Setup vendor partnerships to deliver contact data witha focus on KPIs, SLAs & cost effectiveness

  • Actively manage operational excellence working withVendors, Global Marketing Shared Services & Contact Data Analysts

  • Liaise with Business Stakeholders in Sales (Field, OracleDigital Prime, Applications, Technology), Business Development Group andMarketing to understand requirements around contact data for markets,segments, Personas & Line of Business

  • Report on overall results of contact data vendors.

  • Scan vendor landscape for new capability and maintainmarket wise vendor lists

  • Initiate data cleansing projects for the region asneeded per business requirements (ex: digital profiling)

2. Contact datareporting and insights

  • Provides reporting requirements to Analytics teamaround contact data

  • Track progress over time of contact data health andcommunicate those to key stakeholders

  • Assess levels of engagement with audiences & howoften contacts are used

  • Support initiatives to enable better Rep access tocontact data through Oracle systems

  1. Virtualteam leadership
  • Lead remotely a team of 3 contact data analysts

  • Play an advisor role on segmentation and targeting forEMEA Marketing

  • Set up quarterly cross-functional initiatives on dataprograms

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate should have:

  • Experience in:

  • Strongdata background – typically Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, CRM, businessanalysis

  • Projectand Programme Management

  • Runningtransformative change programmes in a virtual environment (e.g. leadinglarge scales contact data sourcing initiatives)

  • Workingin a multi-cultural team

  • Workingand influencing senior management and different functions / lines ofbusiness

  • Experiencein Marketing campaign management is preferred but not mandatory

  • Outstanding

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization

  • s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills . Ability to partner across functions. 10 plus years relevant work experience.
