About the Role This client-focused administration team is responsible for the provision of quality administration services to Mercer’s Superannuation customers and clients.

Act as the fund expert to internal teams
Responsible for managing complex enquiries and calculations
Complete client reports and annual reviews in accordance with project plans
Manage administration relationship for both internal and external stakeholders
Represent administration at Trustee meetings where required To succeed in this role you will have:
Good understanding of superannuation
Previous administration experience (including intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel) and a genuine desire to “create betters lives” for our valued customers
System knowledge of SuperB and Calibre along with Defined Benefit knowledge will be highly regarded but is not essential.
