Marsh Mercer Benefits, a joint venture between Marsh and Mercer Philippines is actively looking for a sales oriented individual to join the growing team. As part of a great sales team in Manila and Cebu, you would be the key drivers for business development, building up the brand name. We are looking for a candidate that has strong capability to : Achieve a personal sales target and be accountable for personal sales plan and pipeline Determine sales and segmentation strategy and opportunity pursuit plans to maximize sales effectiveness and leverage Mercer’s local and global resources Partner effectively with Mercer’s consulting network, marketing and relationship management as well as Marsh to achieve the sales target Identify opportunities and develop them from start to closure, including coordination of Mercer’s tender/proposal process Exhibit strong discipline on managing personal pipeline and ensuring that the pipeline remains fresh a Qualifications Bachelor Degree preferred - Five or more years of relevant sales experience and/or industry experience required. Successful business to business sales experience (professional/financial services preferred) Successful experience selling to executive/senior level employees Strong communication skill when liaising with different category of potential clients Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to adapt the communication style dependent on the needs of the audience Demonstrated experience in products/solutions selling to mid to large corporations Sales performance focused and a strong sense of personal accountability Negotiation and influencing skills both internally and externally Ability to work across the business in partnership with internal stakeholders Ability to work autonomously to achieve set results Ability to tailor Mercer’s solutions to reflect clients’ requirements Marsh & McLennan Companies and its Affiliates are EOE Minority/Female/Disability/Vet/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity employers.
