Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for an IC2/Lead Resource Analyst who is bilingual. Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications, particularly Procurement. Expert in MS Excel required. Must be able to provide statistical trend data in MS Excel. Attention to financial and multicurrency detail required. Ability to spot ambiguities and discuss them with Consulting Management teams and/or external suppliers. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role independently within defined policies and procedures. Two years of Resource Management or related experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience needed. Partners with Consulting Management to maximize revenue opportunities, achieve the highest utilization, and increase customer satisfaction. Responsible for the collection, management, and communication of detailed resource specifications for assigned practice. This resource will work extensively on Consulting Contractor purchase orders, various agreements and invoice processing which involves, WIP reports, XLS and Procurement. Contribute to overall practice reports and support resource management reporting.

Partner with managers to understand assigned consultants skill levels and experience. Actively monitor the selection/acceptance process for assigned resources.

Responsible for presenting available external resources (onsite and remote) to fit project demand and budget.

Partners with Consulting management to maximize revenue opportunities, achieve the highest utilization, and increase customer satisfaction. Responsible for the collection, management, and communication of detailed resource specifications for assigned practice. Escalate urgent requests on priority resource management calls. Submit Consulting Loan Agreements for new assignments and extensions. Confirm assignment end dates. Actively monitor the selection/acceptance process for assigned resources. Update system with resource selection decision and supporting reason. Maintain data integrity. Contribute to overall practice reports and support ad hoc resourcing reporting.
