Description

Responsible for the overall delivery of Mid-Market content and messaging for Oracle’s Cloud Solutions. Includes developing APAC led demand generation programs to take this messaging to market

This role provides you with the opportunity to shape Oracle’s Cloud messaging to its mid-market business, as we execute and enhance the way in which we engage with net new business and identify opportunities. This will include developing and designing the ideal customer journey and leverage content from EMEA and the US to drive demand gen programs including ABM, webinar and content driven activity across APAC

You will be the Content Subject Matter Expert to Oracle’s Digital Prime (Mid-Market) business, providing content development, technical orientation and user perspective to online products, services, communities by guiding and ensuring consistency throughout the site with respect to Oracle's image and quality standards. You will take a metrics-driven approach to optimize content strategy. Confers with project teams to develop and implement digital content and applications.

You will work with cross-functional team members to develop and implement an integrated content strategy, including the Digital Team to develop techniques on ways to build traffic, generate leads and develop audience. Teams with creative and technical leads to manage overall content strategy. May provide project leadership

Skills/requirements

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Advanced knowledge of digital demand generation, ABM, campaign planning and execution. 8 years relevant work experience. Advanced technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed.

Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to provide consultative input to senior Sales and Marketing leaders. Basic understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/ pipeline principles. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.

Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in Sales support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Acts as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales.
