Oracle is

looking for strong sales professionals, preferably with experience and

connections in Singapore, Philippines or Indonesia. The ideal candidate has high aptitude and

strong business acumen in the following spheres:

AdTech –

Data Management Platform [Bluekai] & Conversion Rate Optimisation

[Maxymiser], Testing & Personalisation (or competitive products)

MarTech –

Marketing Orchestration/Automation [Responsys/Eloqua] (or competitive products)


AdTech and MarTech are massive growth areas, and Oracle has been investing

heavily in both solutions and talent in these areas.

As a Sales

Director at Oracle Marketing Cloud will lead and drive the business acumen

behind the highest value and most ground-breaking cloud marketing software

sales in the region. This person will play a lead role in the sales

processes, armed with the most compelling cloud marketing software suite and

services in the market.

We are

looking for the best sales talent in the market, with experience of Digital

Marketing & Advertising Technology, alternatively you will be a Senior

Marketing practitioner – client or agency side - with hands on experience in

Advertising Technology or Marketing Technology.

You will

also have the ability to drive insight, challenge the status quo and show

marketers what is possible. Oracle Marketing Cloud was built with the mission

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Responsible for the Enterprise and

Commercial Sales, exceeding quota and developing robust got-to market strategy.

Working closely with the ASEAN Regional Sales Director and wider teams


Ø Inside sales team for ASEAN to

ensure target accounts are clearly agreed and lead SLA’s maintained.

Ø Solution Consulting (pre-sales) to

ensure you are getting the most from these valuable consultants throughout your

sales cycles

Ø Alliances and Channels to ensure you

leverage our partner ecosystem to help you build pipeline, engage

opportunities, win new logos and deliver happy customers.

Ø Customer Success teams to ensure

alignment in joint sales processes – expansion deals

Work closely with the Oracle “Prime”

sales rep(s) that your territory is aligned to, leveraging the addition

coverage they can provide to build pipeline and jointly sell to key

opportunities. To ensure the matrix co-prime sales structure delivers mutual value

to OMC and the Oracle Prime. Ensuring interlock and transparency of

forecast and revenue attainment with your prime reps.

Working closely with your fellow

ASEAN team, as well as the wider APAC and Emerging Markets sales teams,

collaborating on best practices, sharing successes and working through


Minimum 10

years sales experience with 5 years minimum in AdTech or MarTech spaces with a

track record of exceeding quotas. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written

communication skills. Ability to

persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written

communication. Ability to travel as needed (expected 50%). BA/BS degree or

equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. 12 years applicable experience including 9 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle

  • s competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
