Chubb Global Services (CGS) manages the delivery of Chubb products and services to global customers for sophisticated risk management programs through the Chubb Global Network. Under limited supervision, work within the Account Management team to perform a variety of responsibilities and tasks required to support service delivery of Chubb Controlled Master Programs.

Responsibilities include:

/CMP Deductible Programs/

  • Completion of security agreements and collateral calculations for active and run-off deductible programs

  • Maintain delivery of work through detailed activity checklists with Underwriters

/Internal audit control testing for policy and implementation reviews/

  • Monthly completion of reviews for all selected activities

  • Quarterly reporting of detailed findings and issue resolution


  • Bring to resolution policy issuance for 3rd party office delays & escalated overdue receivables

/Review and set-up new and renewal multinational programs based on information received from Underwriters within the established timeframes and quality standards of Chubb Global Services/

  • Track issuance of local invoices, policies, certificates, and premium payments

  • Maintain account checklists within established standards for monthly metrics reporting

  • Research and respond to requests from Underwriting, CGS Support, and Network Partner offices

  • Maintain electronic files according to established protocols

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities

  • College degree in Accounting or Finance or comparable business experience

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in reconciliation work

  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to quickly establish strong working relationships and instill confidence with external customers, team members and all levels of management

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment

  • Ability to operate with a minimum of structure and capable of working/participating in an environment which is constantly changing

  • High commitment to quality. Willing to take responsibility for assigned accounts and the processes which support the success of that account

  • Ability to work under pressure and within established departmental standards and timetables
