Combined Insurance AVP, Chubb Associate Program Learning Manager in United States

Working as part of the North America Learning & Development team, this role will lead the strategy and execution of the Chubb Associate Program. This position will partner closely with the Human Resources’ Business Partners, L&D Managers and key business stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record as a professional with a background in Talent, Learning and Development or Human Resources with proven accomplishments in developing, managing, and coordinating large and complex projects, preferably in the area of employee develpopment. This role will also manage the 3 L&D Learning Coordinators, and ensure that coordination workflows and processes are standardized and consistent. This position requires an individual who has the maturity in judgment, energy and the discipline to drive change programs in Chubb’s fast paced and matrixed environment. The successful candidate will report to the VP of Insurance Learning & Development, Chubb North America.

Responsibilities •Develops and leads the execution of project plans for the Chubb Associate Program, including timelines, metrics, documentation, education, learning assessment and communications. •Identifies opportunities to update, simplify, automate, and enhance existing processes, programs, and tools to better meet the needs of the organization. •Responsible for building relationships and collaborating with all HRBP’s, Field HR and business units, to address current and future needs in relation to the Chubb Associate Program.
•Ensures Chubb Associate Program is aligned to business needs for early career employees. Researches best practices and makes recommendations to introduce new processes, programs, and tools to align program approaches to business needs. •Tracks, trends and communicates information related to the Chubb Associate Program to key stakeholders to maintain engagement and provide input into decisions about program scope and direction. •Delivers on all learning elements of the Chubb Associate Program including but not limited to face to face events, virtual learning experiences, support of CAP Ambassador network, and the management of the CAP Learning Project •Leads on the design and communication strategy for Chubb Associate Program learning to Chubb Associates, managers of Chubb Associates, the HR Community and more broadly across the organization (where appropriate) •Works collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Management team, and HR Generalist community on all CAP stakeholders to ensure a high quality experience for Chubb Associates on the program as well as effective stakeholder communication and engagement. •Collect and analyze evaluation feedback and metrics data to proactively identify program improvement opportunities. •Work on multiple projects concurrently, sometimes with short timelines. •Manages 3 L&D Coordinators, to ensure equitable workloads, standard and consistent practices and consistent project management of coordination functions. Works collaboratively with ILD and L&D Managers to ensure effectiveness in coordination.

Qualifications Knowledge/Experience: •Minimum of 8 years of T&D/HR experience •Bachelor’s degree preferred
•Proven track record in creating and leading strategic HR/LD initiatives
•Perform with a sense of urgency without compromising on excellence with a strong commitment to achieving results
•Relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills
•Strong communication skills-oral and written
