Assist management in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year- end financial statements and reporting related to Reinsurance operations in accordance with GAAP policies. Prepare, record and compile journal voucher entries using PeopleSoft and Genius platforms. Support analysis of general ledger account balances, including cash, investments, intercompany and Reinsurer accounts. Provide accounting support in the analysis of foreign currency fluctuations across the balance sheet. Support the reconciliation and maintenance of collateral instruments related to third party Reinsurance balances. Assist in preparation of plan and forecast models. Participate in special projects including testing of system related changes.

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Strong verbal and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel • Accounting or Finance major preferred
