This individual will be primarily responsible for employee engagement and developing programs under the three measures and methods; recruitment, retention and compliance.

To be the face of the company and perform general office duties.
Aim to think strategically on how to make our company a destination employer and to improve external relationships with outside vendors, military, community and educational organizations.
Improve operational efficiency by working with company leaders to create more structure and focus around jobs and departments.
To actively recruit, screen and interview and ensure we bring on new employees who believe in our culture.
Bring an analytical and profiling approach to the recruiting, screening and interviewing process. This permits a feedback loop so we make better matched hires in the future.
Create ways to have core beliefs, core values and culture embedded within every fiber of the organization and its processes.
Implement new traditions and create daily excitement.
Implement performance reviews for the company.
Organize and create excitement around company outings and team building activities.
Assist in the process of VBMOM's and job descriptions for all employees.
Responsible for maintenance of company policies and compliance training on an as needed basis.
Assistance with benefits and PayCor system.
Assist CEO with any administrative requests as needed.
Experience in utilizing Google Suite and must be a quick learner for company utilized software packages
Will assist the finance team on any required items needed
Perform any other job functions as necessary
3-5 years of experience in working in an office management environment.
Experience working and assisting Senior Management with travel, calendars, events, scheduling.
General knowledge and experience in the HR Role including but not limited to employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, benefits programs and employee development.
Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
Ability to lead and develop our managers and employees
Demonstrate ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.
Excellent organizational management skills.
Ability to think analytical and to be creative in processes/solutions
Must be a team player and very versatile; able to adapt to change quickly
Be willing to perform duties outside of job description that involve the daily operation of the office.
