Summary:
Bilingual Field Sales Leadership and Management Development, Manager will report to the Director, Field Sales Leadership and Management Development and be responsible for the day-to-day development and execution of Field Sales Leadership and Management Development programs including position based tracks/offerings, individual courses and Accelerated Development programs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Field organization that is poised for leadership growth.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Prepares and delivers facilitation of leadership development programming and experiential development plans.

  • Provides executive coaching to managers and high potential candidates. Assesses training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers, consults with others to identify needs and to develop an aligned curriculum of field leader focused programs.

  • Develops instructional materials for leadership programming; Keeps abreast of curriculum, development, training and facilitation information & trends to ensure competitive and relevant design and delivery.

  • Accountability and responsibility with other key Home Office and Field Partners for consistent integrated solutions across the organization.

  • Develops appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms to build accountability and measure results.

  • Designs content for field management leaders to suit an adult learner including Sales Coordinators, District Managers and Market Directors.

  • Consistently monitors and assesses a participant’s performance, trends, and identifies specific skill/gaps to ensure training objectives are satisfied.

  • Provides input and makes recommendations regarding the procedures and practices of manager training.

  • Performs other related duties and activities as required.
