Combined Insurance Global Procurement Organization Co-op in United States
• Assist the Global Procurement VP of Contracts with Vendor and Contract Management processes related to development, negotiation, housing and monitoring of all contracts. • Work with the Global Procurement Contracts Team with offices in Philadelphia, Whitehouse Station, NJ, EMEA, LatAm, and APAC to gather information for contract lifecycle management. • Assist the business with the development and modification of a contract repository system known as ServiceNow designed to maximize metric and reporting capabilities • Development and use of reporting tools in SN in support of developing metrics for the department’s workload analysis. • Assist with the implementation of a Contracts Management System, including data mining, data entry, and analysis • Responsible for document management and record retention. • Participate in Global Procurement staff meetings as required. • Assist with the preparation and publishing of executive management reporting and presentations • Development and use of the Company’s e-Signature Tool known as DocuSign for all third-party contract signatures.
• Highly motivated with strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. • Strong English written and verbal communication skills • Strong PC and Microsoft Office Products skills. Excellent Excel spreadsheet, Word, PowerPoint, and Share Point skills • Ability to work independently as well as an ability to collaborate with others in a team environment
