Combined Insurance Learning Specialist, North America Learning and Development in United States
The Learning Specialist for Chubb’s North America Learning and Development team will support implementation of learning programs in the areas of sales, service, leadership, management, business acumen, and personal effectiveness. The Specialist will work closely with the North America Learning team to forecast learning needs, and implement solutions that prepare our workforce to successfully execute on business strategies.
This position will report to the North America Learning Manager and ideally work from Chubb’s Philadelphia or Whitehouse NJ locations.
Responsibilities •Participates in learning needs assessment with key stakeholders across North America, in partnership with their Learning Managers. •Utilizes needs assessment data to forecast and prioritize learning needs. •Contributes to the design, maintenance and continuous improvement of sales, service, leadership, management, business acumen, and personal effectiveness programs for North America. •Partners and manages projects with preferred learning vendors, including contract management, utilization tracking, communication, and resourcing. •Partners with technical learning managers and specialists to create integrated, holistic learning experiences that drive technical and non-technical competencies •Uses consistent methods and metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions provided. •Promotes offerings internally, online and through direct outreach to internal customers and partners. •Delivers select learning programs virtually and on-site. •Measures and reports on program effectiveness, utilizing our learning measurement framework and technology. •Acts as an integral part of the North America Learning team and global L&D teams; collaborates with broader L&D team to continuously improve services and operating model.
Qualifications •Minimum of 3 years of T&D/HR/Quality Management experience •Bachelor’s degree preferred
