Chubb Personal Insurance’s Customer Service Center is comprised of more than 300 professionals providing industry leading service to clients, agents, and internal business partners. We are seeking career minded individuals interested in a dynamic service center environment with the opportunity for professional development.
The processor is responsible for calculating insurance premium using state filing guidelines and typing flawless policy documents. This position requires a great deal of attention to detail to adhere to state and department workflows to ensure state audit compliance and customer retention. The manual rater would be responsible for rating and typing new business quotes and policies, renewals, endorsements and cancellations.
Processor are accountable for meeting monthly/annual production and timeliness goals. To meet these expectations, they must be results driven and diligent in completing a high volume of policy transactions per day. The manual rater is also responsible for analytically determining how different transaction requests would affect policy premium. They must also function as a subject matter expert on rating of their assigned risk states.
