We have an exciting opportunity for a Paid Media (Programmatic) superstar who lives in data, loves creatives and delivering above average results (ROI). This crucial position is responsible for defining, creating and implementing robust programmatic and retargeting campaigns across multiple channels for Neptune Holdings Inc clients.
This person will recommend and execute campaign improvements to maintain and grow direct advertiser and agency accounts. This person will need to rapidly learn and adopt new technology platforms to achieve business results and teach what they know to others. Data is central to the success of this role and the person in it must be comfortable with Excel spreadsheets and other analytic and reporting tools to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Define PPC (programmatic) strategy for a range of clients, including mobile and tablet campaigns
Perform daily account management and of large scale pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
Manage PPC and Paid Media campaigns across all social and retargeting networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, SnapChat)
Implement A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve ROI and performance
Use key programs such as Google Adwords and Google Analytics to analyse and report on all PPC campaigns for all clients throughout the year
Manage large scale PPC budgets for a range of clients
Optimise all PPC activity, including bid management, copywriting and competitor benchmarking
Landing page creation, testing and optimization
Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends across PPC and Paid Media
Edit and review all ad campaign copy and text to ensure it delivers the maximum ROI
Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists.
Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
Assist in the management of Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
Support the generation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
Meet with Neptune Holdings clients and work with clients partners to plan and execute client campaigns
Assist sales staff with initial meetings with potential clients
Create and execute on Google Analytics implementations
Update and monitor client reports. Ongoing analysis of key metrics to deliver insightful analysis and optimizations.
Must be able to physically work out of the corporate office in Moon Township, PA
Perform any other job functions as necessary
4+ years working in a digital marketing agency or in an in-house digital marketing position
4+ years campaign management in Google AdWords (AdWords Certified a plus)
4+ years campaign management with Facebook Ads
4+ years retargeting campaign management
2 + years campaign management with LinkedIn Ads
4+ years high volume campaign management
$1Million + budget/campaign management
In-depth knowledge on search engine optimization best-practices
Google Analytics Certified (Tag Manager Rock Star)
Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking in client/project meetings
Ability to maintain job performance and a positive attitude in an entrepreneurial organization that is going through hyper growth
A passion and understanding of all things digital as well as a constant curiosity to learn about the latest digital trends
Have in-depth working knowledge of digital marketing technologies.
Relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers and technology decision-makers
Strong quantitative skills and negotiations ability
Self-starter – able to tackle new clients or territories with little guidance
Quick learner – able to rapidly grasp new technology and product changes
Experience in managing longer sales cycles with many stakeholders
Comfortable working with several different teams to collaboratively grow an account
Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
Ability to deliver a top-level product overview/demonstration of VMI Suite of products and services
Strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills
Articulate and confident presenter
