Vinnell Arabia Quality Assurance/AS 9110 Specialist in United States
Reports to the Aviation Maintenance Division QA Manager and DAT QA Manager. Establish, refine, and maintain mission and quality assurance program policies, processes, and procedures. Ensure compliance with the Aviation Performance Work Statement (PWS), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Subcontractor Statements of Work (SSOW), and other contractual requirements. Work directly with aviation operating entities to ensure inspections, process control analyses, and internal audits are conducted IAW the Business System Manual (BSM). Generate results-based quantitative assessment of contract performance for use by external stakeholders. Provide expertise and guidance on interpreting policies, governmental regulations, and agency procedures. Liaise between the company and various foreign and domestic government agencies.
Ensure mission assurance and quality control functional activities among designated VA organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve contractual requirements IAW Aviation CDRL.
Implement AS9100/9110 compliant data, document, and record management products, processes, and procedures.
Provide objective-oriented guidance to subordinate organizations specifically addressing risk management.
Implement the continual process improvement program and subsequent change management plans.
Advise/train managers on implementation of tools and techniques to enable achievement of quality standards.
Establish performance measurement and data collection methodology for the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
Participate in the development of appropriate communication, knowledge, and project status reporting at multiple levels.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Aviation and QSMA Manager.

A. Education Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent
B. Experience: 5-10 years of related work experience in quality/mission assurance or aviation/base operations. Aviation maintenance QA experience is preferred.
*C. Specific Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements: *Possess strong oral and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate well in English. Possess strong customer relationship skills.
D. Other: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Possess valid driver’s license. Attend the following formal training courses upon employment as soon as mission permits: Total Quality Management (or equivalent), AS9100/9110:2016, and Lean Six Sigma (or equivalent).
